The TX Fast Track Program powered by Bexar County is designed to equip individuals with the skills needed to succeed as entry-level multiskilled maintenance technicians. The program utilizes a curriculum developed by Scientific Management Techniques (SMT) Inc., ensuring high-quality, industry-standard training.
The program features a balanced 30% academic instruction combined with 70% hands-on practical application. This approach allows participants to develop their competencies in key technical areas such as:
