Attendance:
I will attend all sessions of the career readiness training program without any unexcused absences. If I am unable to attend a session, I will notify the program coordinator in advance.
Active Participation:
I will actively engage in all activities, workshops, field trips, homework, and discussions during the TX Fast Track program including weekly career readiness training sessions. I will complete a professional resume and cover letter. I will also develop my own elevator pitch and interviewing skills throughout this training program. This resume, cover letter, elevator pitch, and interviewing skills will require me to work on at home as well as during, the TX Fast Track training program academic hours. I understand that my participation is crucial for maximizing the benefits of this program.
Employment Commitment:
I acknowledge that one of the primary goals of this County Funded program is for me to obtain employment in the advanced manufacturing industry within 30 days of graduation. I am committed to securing employment in the manufacturing industry within a reasonable timeframe after completing this training program. I understand that this commitment requires proactive effort and persistence. I will actively apply for positions within the advanced manufacturing industry both during training, and, after graduation. I will continue this process over the next 30 days. If not successful, I will work with Project Quest and other Bexar County helping agencies to develop my own job search strategy in the advanced manufacturing industry.

Throughout this training and job search process, I will represent Bexar County and myself through professional conduct including prompt communication with employers, respectful behavior, and appropriate attire during, any related events or interactions.
